back to school

It is normal for starting or going back to school to cause anxiety and stress in children, so it is important to keep their mental and emotional needs in mind. Good mental health allows children to develop socially, and intellectually, and build self-esteem.

Usually back to school jitters will pass within a couple of weeks, but there are some steps you can take to identify potential problems before school starts. However, if your child continues to seem anxious or stressed, it may be time to seek help.
