Spring cleaning: a mind and diet detox

Longer, warmer days; burgeoning daffodils; sweet cherry pies; Easter eggs; newly cleaned venetian blinds draped over fences to sundry – all iconic signs of spring. Stressed? Depressed? Overweight? Focus on quitting unhealthy habits and trying something new, like bikram yoga, pottery, fava beans, apricots, home farming, or journaling.
