Deirdre Conroy, PhD

Dr. Conroy works as a Clinical Psychologist at Michigan Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry where she specializes in sleep disorders medicine. She has over 20 years of experience working in research and treatment of insomnia. She is Clinical Director of the University of Michigan Behavioral Sleep Medicine Clinic where she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia as well as many other treatment modalities focused on the psychological and behavioral approaches to sleep disorders. She is board certified in clinical sleep disorders, behavioral sleep medicine, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Dr. Conroy is also the owner of Happy, Healthy, Rested PLLC (www.happyhealthyrested.com), a private health coaching business, where she works with individuals on integrative nutrition as a way to improve overall health and wellness.
