Dr. Bitney enjoys helping clients gain insight into their own interpersonal processes in order to achieve their full potential and have successful relationships. Because Dr. Bitney was trained in New York City, an epicenter for medical training and research, she was able to receive first-rate supervision and training from a number of leading doctors. Included in this training was a progressive model of treatment that utilizes both Psychodynamic Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients through both short- and long-term therapy.
