Dale Gody, PhD

I am a female clinical psychologist in practice for over 25 years, working with both children and adults. I believe that a psychotherapy is essentially a relationship between the client and therapist and that when an individual feels safe and understood, change can happen. My special interests include depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, self esteem issues, and chronic illness. I make use of an insight oriented approach to treatment because in my years of experience I have found it provides the deepest level of work and the most sustained change.
