I provide services to school age children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family and group therapy modalities specializing in the assessment and treatment related to anxiety, pervasive developmental disorders, mood, learning, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, habit disorders, behavior and relationship problems. In addition, I provide supervision and consultation to pre and postdoctoral psychology students and Marriage and Family Therapists.

To me, therapy is a collaborative process that begins with a comprehensive evaluation and then addresses mutually agreed-upon goals using evidence-based treatment approaches.

Often, individuals choose to invite their partners, parents, children, siblings or other family members to appointments. It has been my experience that mobilizing a family’s resources can contribute significantly to the change process and a more fulfilling life.
