My practice consists of general adult psychotherapy, most commonly helping people suffering from depression or anxiety (including panic, OCD, social, and performance). I see individuals and couples. I welcome members of the LGBT community and am regularly referred patients from physicians – especially for medical challenges to their social lives. My style is eclectic, using humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and psychophysiological approaches.
