Thank you for visiting my page. I primarily work with people who are looking to improve certain aspects of their lives. This may involve issues such as working through depression, managing anxiety, or overcoming change. I believe psychotherapy is a process of growth, based on honesty, openness, and a willingness to try new behaviors. I would be happy to speak with you further about my practice. My approach to therapy generally focuses on changing thought patterns in order to change or enhance behaviors in life and in interpersonal relationships. This process bet occurs in an emotionally safe atmosphere that is based on mutual trust and understanding.
