I will work with you as a coach would to develop coping skills and new insights into your problems using the well researched, effective methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

We will identify your perceptions of your past, present, and future as well as your view of the world around you and link it to your present thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Many of these perceptions are at the root of depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship problems. I am solution focused; therefore, we address your most important issues.

Not everyone can afford or even wants to spend months or years in therapy. I maximize our session time by giving you mutually agreed upon readings and “real-world” assignments to do at home to practice what we discuss in session. I work with you to become empowered and armed with practical tools to help you deal more effectively with your problems. My personal style is very warm, easy going, light-hearted, and respectful.
