I am devoted to using research-based treatment in my approach to therapy, while adapting proven techniques to my clients’ individual needs. It follows that I primarily utilize multi-systemic, cognitive-behavioral and client-centered approaches to counsel children, adolescents, adults, and families. As a psychologist, I value being open-minded, positive, and approachable while remaining firm and supportive in the areas clients deem to be important. I view therapy as a place to help clients discover their strengths and develop their own personal style in problem solving so that they can reach their full potential.

My practice focuses on mental health, learning, and adjustment difficulties related to school, career, and family matters. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, specific fears, OCD, depression, learning disorders, and behavioral disorder (AD/HD, defiance, and acting out behaviors).

I am a licensed psychologist and licensed school psychologist. I have experience working in a variety of settings including public and private schools, a hospital, juvenile detention facility, several family counseling centers, a career center, and private practices.
