Paula Domenici, PhD

Paula Domenici, PhD is a licensed counseling psychologist and the Director of Civilian Training Programs at the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, Maryland. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Deployment Behavioral Health Psychologist at the National Naval Medical Center and Staff Psychologist at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. Dr. Domenici also was an APA Congressional Fellow at the Office of Senator Hillary Clinton. She specializes in military behavioral health, combat trauma, and the treatment of PTSD using Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
