Bornali Basu, PhD

My work is informed by formal training in psychodynamic and health psychology, as well as mindfulness/compassion based approaches. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, specializing in depression/anxiety, stress reduction, living well with medical issues, and adjustment to immigration/cross-cultural issues. My style is collaborative: we will work together to determine a psychotherapy plan that is right for you.
