Ciara Christensen, PhD she/her

Hi, I'm Dr. Ciara Christensen. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, explore what's weighing on you, and move through whatever has you feeling stuck. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply sensing it's time for something to shift, you don't have to sort it out alone. My approach is integrative and tailored to the person in front of me. I draw on Person-Centered Therapy, Ego State Therapy (closely related to Internal Family Systems), EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — and, where it fits, I incorporate clinical hypnosis, breath work, and other mind–body tools. I also have advanced training as a psychedelic-assisted therapist (including KAP), for clients exploring that path. What I love most is blending these approaches creatively. The right combination can spark curiosity, open new awareness, and help you reconnect with a wisdom you already carry — so the barriers that once felt fixed begin to loosen. Taking time to ask "what comes next?" is a gift you give yourself. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honored to walk alongside you toward healing and self-discovery.
