Loren Conaway, PhD

I focus on the cognitive-behavioral treatment of worry, stress, anxiety disorders and depression. I have specialized training in evidence based treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder, body focused repetitive behaviors (trichotillomania - hair pulling - and skin picking), panic, phobias and generalized worries. I use virtual reality to assist in exposure work as needed. I also address general adjustment concerns. Following clinical psychology doctoral training, I obtained specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders. I have completed the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Behavior Therapy Institute, TLC Foundation for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors Professional Training Institute, UPenn anxiety treatment center trainings, and specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
