Martha S Stamper, PsyD

Dr. Martha Stamper works with clients to increase stress management skills, develop conflict resolution abilities, and modulate troublesome emotions such as anger, sadness, or anxiety. Dr. Stamper mostly uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach to address present day problems by exploring how modifying habits of thought or changes in behavior move the client closer to his or her goal. She is mindful, however, of systemic issues (social roles) since everyone is influenced others in their lives in some way.

Individual, couple, adolescent and family sessions are available.

Therapy is never the same for any two people because each individual has different strengths and weaknesses, as well as unique circumstances. Dr. Stamper provides customized focus to on what the client finds important to meet the challenges they face.
