Regina Lazarovich, PhD (she/her)

If you’re tired of fear, anxiety, and insecurity running your life I can help you take charge! I am uniquely equipped to help with anxiety disorders, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, binge eating, chronic unsuccessful dieting, "emotional eating", & negative body image. A lot of my clients are people who have achieved a lot but struggle to feel good enough. If you resonate with one or more of the things I mentioned then I strongly believe that we would be a great fit to work together and I would be honored to accompany and support you on your journey. I want to help you find peace with yourself and live a more fulfilling life. I have over a decade of experience. My doctoral training in Clinical Psychology has been rich and comprehensive and I draw upon several therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindful Self-Compassion, Intuitive Eating and HAES. That being said, I will tailor my approach to you and create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. Because I know how scary and vulnerable it can feel to start working with a new therapist, I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit. I do not accept insurance
I offer therapy over secure video across the states of California & New York. My fee is $355 per 50 minute session which may be partially reimbursed by your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, if your insurance includes coverage for out-of-network psychologists, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. They may reimburse you for a percentage of the cost of our sessions. In order to learn if you can submit Superbills to receive reimbursement you will need to call your insurance company and ask them the following: 1. Are visits with out-of-network psychologists covered? 2. Is telehealth included? 3. Does therapy have to be preauthorized in order for it to be reimbursed? 4. How much will be reimbursed? 5. Is there a deductible or other coinsurance I have to meet first? 6. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
