I believe that psychotherapy involves the client's self-exploration and behavioral change, facilitated by the therapist, with the goal of reducing symptoms and enhancing personal effectiveness and growth. I am a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Peachtree Corners, GA. I specialize in treating adults, either individually or as couples, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. I offer long-term or brief interventions, depending on the client's needs. I use an eclectic approach, drawing upon cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and acceptance and commitment therapies. I also specialize in smoking cessation treatment. I facilitate individual clients quitting smoking using the QuitSmart Stop Smoking program.

Office Policies During COVID, I am only offering telehealth appointments (by phone or video). In addition to weekday appointments, I offer evening appointments. I am an out-of-network provider (meaning I do not take any insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid). My usual fee is $170 per session.
